A vulcanized timing belt is a type of industrial synchronous belt made through a hot vulcanization process. Compared with ordinary joined belts, it has a stronger belt body, better joint strength and more stable running performance.
For many packaging machines, food processing lines, printing machines and automation equipment, the belt needs to run continuously under tension. If the joint is weak, the belt may crack, delaminate or stretch after long use. A vulcanized timing belt is designed to reduce these problems and help the machine run more smoothly.
At GOODLY, vulcanized timing belts can be customized by tooth profile, length, width, backing material, holes, grooves, guide strips and working environment.
