Will you sign an NDA and keep my belt drawings confidential?

Short answer: yes — as an independent manufacturer GOODLY routinely works under customer NDAs and treats drawings, samples and application data as confidential. Your specifications are used only to quote and produce your order, are not shared with third parties, and are not used to supply other customers. If your company has its own NDA template, send it over and we will review and sign before any technical exchange.
How we protect your technical information
NDA before drawings
Sign your NDA or ours before you send drawings, samples or OEM part numbers — whichever your procurement process requires.
Restricted access
Drawings and specifications are handled only by the engineers and staff assigned to your project, not circulated internally beyond what production needs.
Reverse engineering on request
If you only have a worn sample, we can measure and document it for your approval — the resulting drawing belongs to your project.
No resale of your design
Custom constructions made to your specifications are not quoted to other customers. Standard catalog sections remain available to everyone.

What you can safely send us
- Original or reverse-engineered drawings (PDF, DWG, step) with dimensions, profile, cord and compound requirements.
- A worn or cut sample of the belt to be replaced — often faster than redrawing.
- The OEM belt number of the original part, used as a cross-reference only.
- Application data: machine type, motor power, RPM, environment — this improves the fit, not just the quote.
Practical notes for procurement teams
- Brand names such as Gates, Continental, Bando or Mitsuboshi may appear in your inquiry as compatibility cross-references; GOODLY is an independent manufacturer and is not affiliated with them.
- If your NDA requires specific data-retention or destruction terms, state them — we map them into the project file.
- For tender or OEM projects, we can mark quotation documents as confidential on request.
