Endless moulded rubber timing belts typically range from about 100 mm to roughly 4,000 mm pitch length depending on the profile, and longer lengths can be made from open-ended material joined by vulcanizing. Widths typically run from about 10 mm to 200 mm and beyond, limited mainly by the tooling available for each pitch.

What decides feasibility for your size

Tooling

Each pitch needs a mould. Common pitches such as 3M, 5M, 8M, 14M, S8M, T10, AT10, XL and L are usually available, so a non-standard length in a standard pitch is often no problem.

Cord construction

Very short belts bend the cord harder; very wide belts need uniform cord tension. Both are solvable, but they set the practical limits.

Quantity

A one-off size can share an existing mould when the tooth count fits. Where a new mould is needed, the quantity decides whether it is economical.
