Description
On a filling line the containers have to arrive under the nozzle at the exact moment the valve opens. A belt that stretches, slips or steps at the joint turns that timing into spillage and rework. We vulcanize this belt as one endless loop, hold thickness to the 3.00 mm target, and slit, cover and machine it to your drawing so the pitch stays where the machine expects it. Most buyers compare belts by price per piece. Packaging lines pay for belts in a different currency: downtime, scrap, and operator time spent re-adjusting. These are the four failures we are asked to fix most often. Film draw-down loses registration, the seal lands off-centre and the jaw crushes product instead of sealing it. A spliced belt opens at the joint, delaminates under tension and fails long before the rubber itself is worn. Width or pitch tolerance off by a fraction is enough to make the belt track off the pulley and wear the flange. Premature wear forces an extra changeover. One hour of lost line output usually costs more than the whole belt order. Six properties that decide whether a line keeps its timing, or needs an operator with a spanner at the end of every shift. One continuous loop with no joint, so there is nothing to open up or stretch unevenly under tension. Target 3.00 mm with controlled deviation, so containers sit level at the filling and sealing stations. Compound, colour and hardness matched to grip, product release and cleaning routine. Cord selected for your load and elongation requirement, so the belt keeps its pitch as it runs in. Clean holes and smooth edges for consistent mounting and reliable index accuracy. Compliance documentation supplied with the order. The joint is where a conventional endless belt fails first. We build the loop in the mould instead of closing it afterwards, so there is nothing to open up. Send a sample, a drawing or the pulley data. We confirm the matching structure, compound and tolerances before production, so the belt you receive fits on the first try. The complete set of our vulcanized timing belt product photos, in order: collection overview, structure details, customization options and specifications. Typical stations on filling, sealing and cutting equipment where an endless vulcanized belt is specified. Indexes containers under the filling valve at a fixed pitch to avoid spillage. Holds the container steady while the sealing head comes down, so the seal is complete. Synchronises the cut with the product flow so edges come out clean and square. Grips containers without marking them while the head applies torque. Keeps the container rotating at a controlled speed for accurate label placement. Transfers filled packs into the carton at the right pitch and orientation. Standardized workshop and modern vulcanizing equipment under one roof. Long-term focus on industrial belt selection, matching and supply. Europe, the Americas, the Middle East and Asia, with repeat OEM programmes. Independent development of compounds, structures and core technology. Full-process quality control before anything leaves the plant. Utility model patents and compliance documentation available with your order. Yes. Send the sample, a drawing or the pulley data. We confirm the structure, compound and tolerances before production. Our standard target is 3.00 mm; other thicknesses are made to drawing or sample. Yes. Covering compound, colour and hardness are made to your specification or selected with our engineers. Yes. The loop is vulcanized in the mould, so there is no mechanical splice to crack or delaminate. Technical enquiries are answered within 24 hours, including a structure and compound recommendation. Tell us the machine, the pitch and the running conditions. We will tell you which structure and compound actually fits, instead of shipping a standard belt and hoping it works. An Endless Belt That Keeps Filling and Sealing Lines in Time
