Description
Grip is not one number. It is a combination of compound, hardness, surface finish and how the belt meets the pulley. Specify all four and the belt stops slipping without crushing the product. We vulcanize the belt as one endless loop, then apply the covering in the compound, colour and hardness your application needs, and machine it to your drawing. Most buyers compare belts by price per piece. Packaging lines pay for belts in a different currency: downtime, scrap, and operator time spent re-adjusting. These are the four failures we are asked to fix most often. Film draw-down loses registration, the seal lands off-centre and the jaw crushes product instead of sealing it. A spliced belt opens at the joint, delaminates under tension and fails long before the rubber itself is worn. Width or pitch tolerance off by a fraction is enough to make the belt track off the pulley and wear the flange. Premature wear forces an extra changeover. One hour of lost line output usually costs more than the whole belt order. Six properties that decide whether a covered belt grips reliably, or glazes over and starts slipping after a few weeks. Compound, colour and hardness chosen for your product, not a standard covering that happens to be in stock. Endless loop formed in the mould, so the covering has no joint to peel back from. Target 3.00 mm with controlled deviation, so grip is even across the full belt width. Cord selected for your load and elongation requirement, so the belt keeps its length under tension. Smooth, ground or patterned to suit the product being carried and the grip required. Compliance documentation supplied with the order. The joint is where a conventional endless belt fails first. We build the loop in the mould instead of closing it afterwards, so there is nothing to open up. Send a sample, a drawing or the pulley data. We confirm the matching structure, compound and tolerances before production, so the belt you receive fits on the first try. The complete set of our vulcanized timing belt product photos, in order: collection overview, structure details, customization options and specifications. Typical places on a packaging line where grip, not just drive, decides whether the belt works. Carries packs up or down without them sliding back at the change of angle. Holds the product steady while a cutter, sealer or labeller works on it. Grips the pack enough to move it precisely, without marking the surface. Feeds collated product into the case at a controlled pitch and orientation. Drives the product itself rather than a conveyor, where slip means mis-registration. Lifts product between levels with positive grip and no product damage. Standardized workshop and modern vulcanizing equipment under one roof. Long-term focus on industrial belt selection, matching and supply. Europe, the Americas, the Middle East and Asia, with repeat OEM programmes. Independent development of compounds, structures and core technology. Full-process quality control before anything leaves the plant. Utility model patents and compliance documentation available with your order. Yes. Compound, colour and hardness are made to your specification, or selected with our engineers based on your product and grip requirement. Our standard target is 3.00 mm; other thicknesses are made to drawing or sample. Yes. Cleats, slots, drilled holes and patterned or ground surfaces are made to your drawing. The covering is applied as part of the belt construction on a seamless vulcanized endless loop, so there is no joint for it to peel back from. Technical enquiries are answered within 24 hours, including a covering and hardness recommendation. Tell us the machine, the pitch and the running conditions. We will tell you which structure and compound actually fits, instead of shipping a standard belt and hoping it works.A Rubber Covered Belt for Grip You Can Specify
